Hba1c test was conducted on 16th February 2019. Next Hba1c test on 22 nd May 2019. 3 months 4 days , usually Hba1c taken for 3 months , but 4 days exceeded, Will this 4 days extension give a wrong result ?

No it wont. Hba1c is the percentage of hemoglobin which has glucose attached to it. Since the red blood cells which contain the hemoglobin have a lifespan of 100 to 120 days Hba1c gives the average blood sugar of 100 to 120 days.
