Hi dear patient after finishing that tablet withdrawal period start within 3 to 5 days ..if don't come by 7 days u can consult gynec. And have seen your hbA1c it's  9.4 high .. considering your concern for oral medicine diabetes management highly varies physician to physician ..I can not say your prescribed dr is wrong but some might have gone for insulin long acting that is also correct. Some may think dapaglifazone not needed and would have increased dose of sulphonylureas ...there are multiple acceptable treatment approaches, and practice may vary. For me to give more personalized advice, I would need to know your weight, height (BMI), diet pattern, physical activity, and lifestyle history. Meanwhile, please focus on diet control, regular exercise, and medication compliance, and keep regular follow-up with your physician.
