Hb1ac -6 , fasting normal , pp normal hb

I am 40 year old. Recently i had blood test in which my iron(43) , hb ( 11)and percentage transfeerin saturation -11 , fasting is 93,. In 2024 i had done fasting and pp , values were -96 fasting , pp 89 . I dont want to start medicines . What should i do ?? Hb1ac -6 . Please suggest .

Need more information from your side. Based on your expectations.. You need to work on 1] life style modification 2] Diet modification ( less carbs diet) 3] Wt reduction [ if too much ] 4] Exercises Do regular sugra monitring.      & Better then Hba1c ....you do Fasting & PP sugar.
