You need to do cbc , iron profile, b12 levels. Chronic Pan tablet reduces iron and b12 absorption. Then you can get iv iron injection

This indicates severe iron deficiency anemia. Long-term Sompraz reduces iron absorption, so tablets may not work. Best option: IV iron therapy under medical supervision Cause of anemia must be evaluated. Consult me on Practo for proper anemia management.

I cannot believe I am reading this in 2026. For Women in your age iron deficiency anaemia is usually due to periods. Saying that some have other reasons to do with bowel issues. Please do the following, 1. https://amzn.in/d/dyPWbRq This is the link to something called ‘Iron fish’. (You put that in the cooking pan or dish in which you cook your food. The fish stay inside the pan and iron disperses into the food without changing the taste. This idea came from a project done in Africa more than 10 years ago). 2. Can have intravenous Iron at your local hospital (which is good if you can’t tolerate oral iron) 3. Blood tests- Coeliac test (IgA-TTG), B12 and Folate 4. Long term Somprz 40 like medications significantly increase your risk of developing Osteoporosis (brittle bones) and are known to increase risk of Stomach Cancer. So you really need to find out from whoever suggested it, do you really need to keep taking it. 5. Your target Haemoglobin is at least 12. All the best. J G S R clinic.

Long term use of these tablets tends to cause depletion of protective acid cover of stomach, rhus increasing vulnerability for infections and even cancer. Therefore try to stop tablets for some time. Take small, frequent meals,  avoid fried and spicy food, late evening meals,  heavy meals in evening, alcohol, excess of tea, coffee. Drink more water. Get test done for H.pylori, upper G.I. endoscopy and share results,  then I can help you to heal.
