Thank you for providing detailed information about your symptoms and medical history. I understand your concern, especially since your evaluations so far, including ECGs, echocardiograms, and blood tests, have come back normal. Persistent symptoms like chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, and breathing difficulty can be distressing, even when cardiac and general evaluations appear reassuring.
Next Steps
Anxiety or panic attacks can mimic cardiac symptoms, including palpitations, chest pain, and shortness of breath. Consider consulting a psychiatrist or psychologist for evaluation and management of stress or anxiety-related disorders.
Health Tips
Continue managing hypertension with your prescribed medications, eat a heart-healthy diet, exercise regularly, and practice stress management techniques.

You can do a 7 days web cardio. It's basically a 7 day holter. This should rule out any cardiac rhythm disorder. Alternatively get a 12 lead ecg done while you're having palpitations. This is usual practice if web cardio is not available.

Hi, so a 20 year old Male with off the book Heart Attack Symptoms. You must be watching way too many online articles and how the average age of MI is dropping to the younger age groups. So Sir I would firstly like to know more about the setting you are in when such things happen. 1. If you are recently post a heavy meal, we can look further into gastric problems 2. if the hospital said that you had HTN, did you look or follow up further random BP measurements to consult me or any professional. 3. if you are recently post a stressful event, going by your young age, a fight, a relationship problem, a bad result anything can be a trigger into problems originating in your mind.
Next Steps
Take note of these 3 pointers, whenever anything like this happens look for the preceding condition of the above 3 and the succeeding symptoms and how the pain flows through your body and how it disappears. The pattern of Pain and elevating/ relieving factors play a huge role in diagnosis. follow me up with the HTN status now as of after 1 year of BP medicines. Contact me for a chat and maybe we look into this with more history sharing, lifestyle and I can offer a more personalized advice.
Health Tips
since you have been to so many doctors who all point you in a healthy, it might be mostly of a psychologic origin. You are 20, that might be the most scary problem to have of all. Research and take steps quick. Me or any Healthcare professional would be happy to help.
