I'm having severe leg pain below the knee both legs from past one month dr prescribed vitamin d 60k tab and evion Lc. I'm taking it for one week and it feels better but I'm getting back the same pain once I stop the medicine. How long can I continue with the same medication.

These both are supplements. They can be easily continued for a couple of months. But need to find out the cause for b/l calf pain. Do you have pain in lower back as well or any difficulty in standing and walking  because of pain
Next Steps
You may need some investigations to find the probable cause of pain like MRI. It would be better to take a clinical opinion  from a nearby Orthopaedician to find out the probable cause of pain.
