Having pain on elbow and groin area

Got pain on my elbow (over do workout) (doing flexions and extension as rehab). Also have pain on top end of inner thigh and groin)

Take ice packs for 15 min on ur elbow for 3 days and additional wrap it with elbow cap...and for thigh and groin region took ultrasonic therapy from physiotherapist in pulse mode for 4 sittings

if after treatment problem not solved take anti inflamatory medi for 3 days
