Do you find any lumps? B/L breast tenderness could be normal if PMS+. But U/L always to be evaluated with USG .. Consult for prescription

Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination. Feeling something in the breast must be confirmed by Doctor's examination and investigations. No guess work.

Hello, although having pains during your period and some time before is normal, you shall require a sonomammography to rule out any growth in your breast. Do connect and we can take it from there.
