Having Calcium deficiency

I am feeling a little pain in my back from last few months and my legs hurt a little bit during walking. So can I take Shelcal tablet?

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hi Back pain causes can be many.So it's better for you to visit a physiotherapist and get the exact cause of the pain and to get it treated as soon as possible.Shelcal is a calcium supplement for bones.Wont provide relief to your pain.You need more of back and core strengthening exercises

Shelcal is for those with calcium or Vit d imbalances. At your age this is unlikely. This may not be the cause of your back or leg pain. I suspect your pain may be disc related. Visit the nearest ortho surgeon who can examine your back and legs, and guide you on what to take. Blood tests are necessary to establish deficiency of calcium and vit d before you start taking those medicines
