Having back pain

I've been having back pain from past week. What I can do to avoid it? Should I take medicine? Not have any pain from touching. I work 8 - 10 hours a day(Sitting job).

This looks like postural back pain. To reduce it try hot pack and some back stretches. I would suggest Physiotherapy would help you more. As you have sitting job, I would suggest to get up after every 30 to 35 minutes and move around to prevent back pain.

prolonged sitting without proper posture gives you back pain. can apply hot pack to reduce pain, wearing ls belt help you sit in proper position. maintain proper posture and avoid future pains.

Maintaining a proper posture and ergonomics  will help u to avoid getting pain.i.e get up from ur work place have a walk for 10 sec and go back to ur work. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take a electrical modalities treatment to reduce ur pain and inflammation
