Have slip disc

I have been diagnosed with slip disc.doing back exercises for last one week and there is relief.want to know how soon can I start my weight training

My advice to you will be to avoid weight training for a 6-8 weeks. Until then work on your core and strengthen that. Avoid weight training. Posture correction must. Strength exercises do in gradually manner. Light weight u can but never go in highly

Hello I understand you having relief from your pain but I would suggest you to start strengthening with your Physiotherapist first. Let them decide your strength training. Start gradually and then start with proper weight training.

No you cant't start now. Wait for another 1-2 months. Meanwhile you can strngthen the back muscles.Learn core strengthening exercises, visit physiotherapist learn all level back exercise. Do it regularly 3 months minimum.After that may be you can start.
