Hello, From the history given, you seem to be suffering from chronic constipation, that might lead to injury to the anal mucosal lining. However, haemorrhoids or piles need to be excluded. Anal fissure , haemorrhoids and minor mucosal injuries are the three common causes of such presentations. Remedy- Add fibres ( green leafy vegetables) in diet and try to avoid red meat and spicy food. Keep yourself adequately hydrated. Start taking laxatives ( isabgul ) daily at night . You can also take Syrup Duphalac Bulk 10-15 ml daily at night for 3 weeks. This will cure the constipation and also the blood streaks.

Bright red blood may be due diverticular bleeding or hemorrhoids Darker blood could indicate a colonic pathology Tarry black stools could indicate a stomach or small intestine pathology Would advise a usg abdomen and per rectal examination for now Consult for further advice

As per history given by you- hard stool since one month .red streaks of blood Can be due to hemorrhoids/piles,sometimes chronic constipation and hard stool may lead to erosion of anal mucosa . Diverticulosis may also leads to similar symptoms. For that detail history and physical examination is needed along with investigations if required. Meanwhile stool softeners like lactulose will be helpful to soften the stool. High fibre diet and fresh leafy vegetables is also very helpful.
