Hard immovable bump on back

There is a small, hard, immovable bump on mid back. It is not visible to the eye. Can only feel it with fingers. I think it has been there for a few years but I don't exactly remember. Is it something serious? Are lymph nodes present on the surface there? I'm very scared.

Though a detailed examination with image is needed but as per you description , if it's present there for years and it has not changed it's shape and size then most probably it is benign. Which is not serious but one should ho through all the possible investigations just for a clearer picture.
