HAND MUSCLE LOSS AFTER ACCIDENT

2022-06-14 06:10:37
Dear doctor, I had an accident on 18.05.2022 , and got wounds on my left hand... The doctor had an x ray and found the bones to be normal.. So the matter is , the muscle tissues of hand got scattered. Also my left thigh had a swelling with puss and discharge inside.. ( somewhat like haematoma ).. So, on 24.05.2022 , I went through a surgery by (M. Ch. )Plastic surgeon, in which my skin of hand was removed and hand was cleaned from inside.. Also the doctor made a hole in my thigh to drain off the puss.. And did the dressing ... Since then, there is no or very less progress and the hand and thigh are still getting dressed. So i went to another surgeon, and he has suggested two more surgeries of hand ( skin grafting ) and of thigh ( because of low amount of puss still forming there ). So, being economically weak and having afraid of another surgery.. I am writing this, to get help that can this get treated without anymore surgery? Plz find the pics ( DISCLAIMER : open pic of hand, leg )

You are always in a hurry. The first team of Doctors who did cleaning of the wound were the most important persons in your treatment. But you kicked them because there was "very slow progress". The Surgeon has to wait till the wound becomes absolutely clean and free from infection. You went to the other team. They also did what was done by the first team and they also wanted to wait for the wound to be fit for third Surgery. Now you are again getting restless because the doctors are taking too much time. You want third team. You have to wait because you can't get bacteria to get out of the wound by a Supreme court order.
