Hamstring injury

I did stretching , splits without proper warm up and the feet not being at a proper angle, hence my left hamstring got stretched badly n I felt a sharp pain. After that my left leg feels weak all the time and the pain has subsided but still there. I can walk normally but can't lift and bend my leg from knee , I sometimes feel a sharp pain if I bend or feet is at some angle and leg gets weight ,like when on a bike for example. It has been 7 days ,I have tried applying omnigel spray n lotion , taken powergesic tablet once every night. It's getting better but I need to heal soon.

You must use hot packs to reduce your pain.dont do any stressful or heavy exercises as it may hurt you.visit an orthopedic to evaluate your hams.
