Actually i got it fixed around 2yrs ago by ceramic one... I was eating walnut due to which this happen again!

Once a crown is placed you are mostly advised not to bite on hard things. Anyways this tooth now has to undergo RCT if it is not yet done. A core buildup or post will help in giving retention to the crown. A crown has to be fabricated and fixed over it.
