Hello doctor,          I had a root canal till cement filling last year but a month ago the cement came out and now the cavity is open, should I worry about it or get it fixed later?

Hi,  after the rct treatment,  Crown is mandatory.  without crown  secondary leakage which lead to infection enter the canal. Kindly visit your dentist for fresh radiograph to understand the dental set back,  based on the radiograph findings dentist will take the decision either re rct or filling and crown.
