Why our hair becomes white in a very young age? Is there anything we can do to get rid of it in home without taking medicines? Because medicines have many side effects so I want to change my lifestyle. What things should we add in our daily food??what product should we use for our hair?? How many times per week should we wash our hair? Kindly refer me something. Thank you.
