Hair Fall and weight gain

Genetically I am underweight and wants to gain weight . I am also facing a lot of hair fall issues, hair thining .

Hi For weight gain eat calorie dense foods like nuts, cheese, lean protein, fatty fishes etc.Include 5-6 small meals a day.Eat fruits and vegetables every day.Exercise atleast 1hr in a day.Sleep for 8hrs.For hairfall get a vitamin deficiency profile done along with iron nn total protein.
