Haemorrhoids with no bleeding

External Haemorrhoids with swelling and pain not able to sit, not able to walk, the swelling is in a size of chick pea. (Big) I'm a mother of 1 year boy so not able to be active as per the need of baby.. all I prefer is lying in bed in side wise. Earlier I use to take pilex tablets it was under control. Post pregnancy problem got more severe. But later taking medicine it was under control.. but now after taking medicine for 3 days problem is not under control. I was thinking to go for operation.?? Is this good idea?? Or Medicine is enough?? Any hospital in Coimbatore for operation?? Cost for the operation?? Days in hospital and recovery days ??
