My Hb is a bit low. And my peripheral smear report says RBCs are hypochromic and normocytic with mild anisocytosis. How can RBCs be both normocytic and anisocytic at the same time ?

Anisocytosis main reason is anemia. Both normocytosis and anisocytosis can present at same time.
