I am 5th week pregnant and I was taking cod liver even before I conceived after pregnancy confirmation i continued . Today I read an article that is not safe as it contains vitamin à. I have stopped taking it now. But will it affect my baby's health or during the baby's development in coming months .please guide

It will not affect your baby. Incidentally about 2% of all pregnancies (even those who have never had cod liver oil capsules in their life) have some Foetal abnormality.
