Yoga will also help you a lot. Some important mix exercises Butterfly pose in sitting & Reclining positions,Bharadwajasana,Cobra pose Boat pose,Bow Pose,Superman pose, Child Pose, Chakki Movements, Cat & camel, Lotus pose with different breathing patterns.
Stretchings of leg muscles + Brisk Walk for 25min. Rehydrate your body with proper fluid intake. Lots of leafy vegetables, blueberries, pineapples & focus on whole food like fish, eggs & chicken breast. FLEX SEEDS powder roasted are very good in this case with lukewarm water in empty stomach.
