I am having less bowel movements and can't empty bowels.i feel like something stuck and not free to move.I had previously gas,bloating,indigestion problems and constipation too.when I take senna leaves I am having little bowels but that too only water coming. Whenever I had complete bowels,at last I am noticing mucus. Pls give tell what foods to eat for improving bowel movements flexibility and some tips or anything Pls help here

Add 3 litre water in ur daily basis . Add fibre rich food like fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add chia seeds water early morning. Take munaaka with warm milk at night Take anar with curd as breakfast Add take jaggery with curd 2 tsp before 10 min of lunch For full day diet plan connect me through practo you will get good result definitely.

This is a sign of chronic constipation. You need to add more fibre to your diet. Include fruits like papaya, plums, pear in your diet. Have more of cooked vegetables, millets like ragi, amaranth, jowar. Sprinkle flex seeds on your salads to increase fibre intake. Includes nuts and have chia seeds water to increase fibre. Also, your weight is less according to your height and age. You should increase the portion size and frequency of meals in your diet and do some physical workouts to gain some weight.
