Gunstock Deformity (Cubitus Varus)
I’m 24. Had a left elbow fracture at age 12. Arm healed with inward bend (cubitus varus). It's functional but looks bent. My triceps muscle is weak as compare to right and misaligned. I also feel pressure in my elbow during gym (like triceps movements).
I want to know:
