My gums are turning black on a few spots. and teeth is also pale. how to make it back to normal. I brush my time once in a day. What do i need to do ?

Hello sir, Gums may change colour due to pigmentation and also due to certain oral habits like smoking ghutka , pan chewing etc . Please consult a dentist.
