Visit a dentist to get your wisdom tooth examined in clinic as well as with an x ray to judge the position and angulation of tooth..Sharp portion of tooth might be leading to cuts on your gum..If Pericoronitis or impaction is there in your wisdom tooth, get it extracted asap otherwise if sharp cusps are the main reason get them smoothened properly..

It looks like your wisdom tooth has partially erupted and it is not going to further erupt because of lack of space and even the age for its eruption has surpassed. You have a condition called pericoronitis where there is swelling of the gums above the wisdom molar due to accumulation of plaque and food debris and inability to remove it completely. Kindly get a full mouth X-ray called OPG done. The wisdom molar will have to be removed as wisdom teeth do not help in chewing and it is not going to erupt further.
Next Steps
Do warm salt water rinses for the time being.
