I have swelling behind my left molars ,throat is paining too and left side of aching hurting badly..

Hello you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy. but it will give you relief from pain and swelling temporarily. you need to visit a dentist get it checked. Get an xray done. If it is due to erupting wisdom tooth, the best treatment for it is to get it removed.
