Gum swelling at the end

Paining while eating or chewing. there exists big bumps on tongue too. brushing teeth has became a tough work to do. bleeding lips and sore throat.

The way you describe it could be "Lie bumps on the tongue", also called TLP. These is usually seen on the upper surface of the tongue, they are transient and self limiting. Sorethroat and bleeding gums could be associated with bacterial or viral infection. Visit a physician or a dentist for med prescription.

Bumps need to be checked for their characteristics to be able to arrive at a diagnosis which could be due an infection you describes. Consult an ent/dentist/ both.
