Last time a cap was fitted without rct on my half broken rotten teeth,and removed as it was infected... But now yeterday I had the rct done but the gum area got swollen... Do the teeth need to be pulled out... If yes should a permanent teeth need to be fitted the same day?

Hi Dear, don't go for removal of teeth. Just wait for few more days then see if you still have same problem so, visit to dentist. but don't go for removal.

It can be due to the initiation of the root canal treatment itself .... There is no need to extract the teeth Wait and watch for the next 2-3 days

Sometimes there may be a swelling during root canal procedure. But if the root canal has been done and the tooth is still not responding then you will have to go for extraction. Usually you have to wait for healing especially if it was an infected tooth before you can replace the tooth
