I root canal my teeth in 2015 but whenever weather changes like winter to summer, my gum swallow is it normal?

No it is not. Gum swelling may be due to different reasons, it maybe due to spread of infection from the root canal tooth or it may be due to an infection of the gums. Pls visit a nearby dentist to gain insight into the problem.
