I had gum recession in my two front lower teeth from 2016 but i didn't pay much attention to it but now its increasing rapidly and the teeths adjacent to those two teeth's has also developed gum recession... What should i do? Should i brush my teeth with fingers and leave tooth brush?? Is the tooth brush causing gum recession?? Because i don't have any family history of gum recession
