I am suffering from gum bleeding daily in the morning please help me i brush my teeth daily morning or evening regularly .

Stolin R toothpaste paste massage on gums for 2 minutes aND rinse off. Use mouthwash.once in every two days after meal.

Hello & Welcome to Practo, U need a Scaling Done ,followed by - Tab Metrogyl ER 1 tab bd x 5 days. - Betadine mouthwash ,gargle in lukewarm water 2-3 times a day. - Rexidine M Forte Gel. - Avoid sticky or sweet food. Scaling is not convinient for now as per current Covit outbreak  as it includes aerosol involvement. You can start rest of the advice ,  And get the Scaling done when its safe . Have a Good Day.

If u are suffering from bleeding gums ,then you require cleaning of your teeth and gums by visiting a dentist ,u can’t do it at home so I would advice you to visit your dentist and get it done before the problem increases
