It seems you have deposits on your teeth and gums are inflamed..do warm saline gargles and use chlorhexidine mouthwash and twice brushing daily..get scaling done if clinics are opened in your area.apply metrohex gel on affected area..don't take spicy food.

Please apply metrohex gel on the gums and do salt water rinses 3-4 times a day. You can get a scaling of the affected part done once dental clinics open. Is there bleeding on the affected area

The pic isn't clear but the calculus deposits seem to be present on the teeth which causes the gums to get inflamed
Next Steps
the main treatment is to get scaling ( cleaning of teeth) as and when the corona pandemic situation gets normal
Health Tips
for now use an extra soft tooth brush and do brushing in circular motion gently. Don't do harsh brushing use chlorhexidine mouthwash apply and massage the gums with a gum paint of any company do all these things twice daily
