My gum bleeds every now and then, I have not taken any proper medication regards this issue nor consulted a doctor. Just needed to know what precautionary steps would be needed to avoid the bleeding. It's a regular thing now, sometimes twice in a day.

Stolin R tooth paste. Massage on gum r hoon of all teeth for 2 mins and followed by that brush off teeth as usual, twice a day after food. Get Scaling done once pandemic subsides relatively.
