Hi i have pain in my gum and teeth due to cold it's be come worst on night hole left gum and teeth are in heavy pain when i sit near by fan

Hi , You need a visit a dentist and get an X-ray and a check up done . Usually teeth sensitivity and pain are indicative of tooth decay . So get a check up ASAP .

Hi Your history seems you might have cavities in your teeth that may progress apically in your teeth and cause gum infection.... First and foremost x ray should be taken to check for periapical infection and based on that treatment plan should be made...you might required root canal treatment for your teeth
