Gum abscess where tooth extraction

My son 6.5years old .His right upper second teeth were extracted in the past 5 months, with spacer . 2 days back his spacer was loose , the doc nearby placed it . Now there is again gum abscess where the tooth is extracted. Y the same teeth are keeping on infected even after removal. Plzz guide what as to be done next

6.5 years old and spacer is placed .gum abscess due to any residual root fragments left over or any food lodgement between gum cause gum abcess.you should visit pedodontist and take iopa and further clinical evaluation .
