Growth under my tongue

I have a growth under my tongue. It is a bit weird. It doesn't hurt but it is annoying. I seems like it gets full of liquid though out the day and some time it seem like it is flat. I would like help. Thank you very much.

Dear sir.  This is most likely to be a mucocoele (Ranula) Which is not life threatening however it needs to be evaluated by a concerned health professional and specimen should be sent to a pathologist for further evaluation..
