The beard of a person is determined by his or her genetics, and it is believed that a person starts growing facial hair in the later years of puberty or adolescence, between seventeen and twenty years of age, and most do not finish developing a full adult beard until their early twenties or later. - Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night
- Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation.
- Exercise regularly (minimum 30 mins)
You can check your
testosterone levels,
thyroid profile and calcium levels and accordingly have a supplement. If problems persist or worsen visit an endocrinologist.
