The pain u r having is due to plantar fascitis and not due to the bone. See an orthopedic consultant near you.
Take painkillers for pain. But due ankle foot exercise. Standing on toes and heels exercise will help you alot. Walk on sand or soft bed for better result. Stand on a paper and crumple it with Ur toes.
Wear soft footwear. Wear soft chapels at home also.
