A mild red, some times itchy and round rash on either sides in growin area. On itching, small-small skin particles come off like eraser dust. Some part of scrotum also seem to be affected. Prolonged since 1year +. Tried keeping it dry and used talc, cipladine dusting powder, tea tree essential oil, aloe vera gel, for home remedies but nothing is working. Can it also cause UTI/bladder/kidney infection in long run ? Can it affect male reproductive health ? Can it translate to other joints like underarms due to bathing ? Can it be transferred to partner and cause UTI due to intercourse ? Please suggest a solution and ointments if any.
