I am only 17 years old but my hairs have started greying i have 8-10 grey hairs.what can i do to avoid grey hair and regain black hair.

hello... early greying now a days may be due to water,pollution,genetically linked too...kindly consult a dermatologist and tk an opinion from physician too as certain malnourished conditions and metabolic conditions can also be a reason
