Grey hair occurs as the pigment cells in your hair follicle dies off. Plucking a gray hair will only give you a new grey hair from the same hair follicle, as there is no to little pigment cells. Repeated plucking of hairs, will traumatize the hair follicle and lead to scarring, infections and bald spots. Therefore, it is better to cut the grey hair with scissors. To prevent further premature greying kindly take multivitamins and Vitamin D (after doing a blood test), avoid stress and protect your hair from direct damage.

White and gray hairs may start to grow at any age, and may be caused by a range of different factors. Any deficiencies of vitamin B-6, B-12, biotin, vitamin D, or vitamin E can contribute to premature graying. It can be completely cured with medicines if treatment is started on time......
