Hello, im getting green snot with blood from my right nose from yesterday. Light pain on right side part of my head

You are having sinus infection which causes all these symptoms including nasal block. You shud start antibiotics, antiallergic , painkiller. Along with that, use nasal saline spray threetimes and nasal decongestants two times a day. And consult ENT doctor..
