Hello docs... I am 35 +4 weeks pregnant... Today got my ultrasound done... And it shows placenta grade 3 maturity... Is it normal at this stage... One thing more... I am having precious pregnancy with abortion history... I have to do planned c sec....I need ur suggestion when shall i opt for c sec... Keeping in mind my history n placenta maturity grade 3... Will 37+1 be okay... Or i need to wait more... Already taken steroids for lung maturity at 32 weeks...

Yes, placenta grade 3 is normal at this stage. That just shows maturation of the placenta which is normal If you opt for elective C section, better do it after 38 weeks, if other parameters are normal

37 weeks is fine.  38 weeks is better. You  should be prepared for the baby to go to the NICU for a few days . You should take a repeat dose of Betnesol  at least 4 days before Caesarean.

Yes. 37+ is good. You can even wait a little longer if everything is fine.
