Grade 3-Medial Meniscus Tear

Hi, I had an injury to my left knee two years ago and after undergone MRI scanning came to know i had Grade 3 tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Earlier , i had ACL surgery to my right knee . Now , because of my fate got injured to left knee. Can any suggest !! If i really have to go for a surgery, i can . But looking for atleast an alternate solution like Physio , exercises. Also, if haven't gone through surgery what could be the future problems ,please let me know. I am attaching my reports here.

What are the symptoms? If there is no locking, I  think you can continue with conservative treatment.

The only alternative to surgery is rigorous physiotherapy, lifestyle changes and leaving sport altogether. That being said even if you don't go with the surgery, it may lead to early knee joint degeneration at a younger age which might require a total knee replacement at an earlier age.
