Hi. Don't consider stem cell for meniscus tear and no evidence to support it. Meniscus if peripheral tear can heal up with rest or it might require repair by arthroscopy. Menisectomy or removal of meniscus I will not consider unless it's a complex tear as it might lead to early onset arthritis. Save the meniscus is my protocol

• Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area • Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Grade 3 tear always better with a Partial Meniscetomy Would prefer Meniscal repair to stem cell therapy

If it is peripheral tear in the posterior Horn success is high. But if tear is in white zone- success rate is less. Share your MRI. Sometimes it is better to have partial meniscectomy.
