Dear doctor, I have a problem from last 3 months my foots get swelled and my left leg knee is also swelled with the following my fingers are liked jammed. I dont know what's going on, as per my symptoms iIsearch on internet that it is gout / uric acid problem. with this problem when iIdo standing work there is a Severe pain in my legs nd after that i cant even stand or walk. please help
