I had miscarriage in 13 November 2021 at 6th week which happens naturally as suddenly bleeding is started and Dr. give some tables to clear everything . And after 7 days of miscarriage  had ultrasound in that it shows everything is clear  and Dr also told the same, I got my periods on 12 December with 3-4 days flow after miscarriage  and on 13 January  next periods  with 3-4 days flow then as per Dr suggestion,  now we are  planning  for pregnancy   so we try to consive in January, but in February I got my periods 10 days early,  ideally it should be on 13th February. I did all the antibodies blood tests and everything is normal,  even B12 and Vitamin D and hemoglobin is also normal,  and right now on folic acid and multivitamin medication  worried why I got my periods early with some dark brown discharge,  is it normal ? One more thing I had lots of stress and exertion during January month Please help me to understand what should I do in this case 🙏 Thanks in advance
