Got cold while I am pregnant

I am 3 months pregnant.. got cold/sneeze today can you please suggest me whether I can able to take cold tablet or not...this doubt comes because as I am pregnant

You are three months pregnant. It is a relatively safe time to take medicine (but with Doctor's consultation). Do you have fever? If yes please consult a Gynaecologist. If not , you may try Cough Lozenges, Honitus, and Tab Vit C 500 mg daily
